then why are they not going after Google, Yahoo, and all the other search engines? after all these search engines have more links to video than any adult site could ever dream of having...
can't say they arn't making money either.. being google isn't a charity nor is yahoo the both make a mint.
Acrapica is plain and simply targeting a narrow group of websites on the net and trying to extort money... I mean really if they are truely worried about protecting their patent then google and the rest should clearly be a target...
I have no video on my servers and I will go to court if I'm ever served...no way in hell I would ever settle.... but I really don't think Acrapica would waste there money on me so I'm honetsly not worried..
choker, I think your a target being you are a high profile target for them... Acrapica would go broke in a hurry trying to serve all the TGP's out there
