No, I'm defending a business's right to pay their employees what they're worth.
I own my own business and have owned several before this one. I don't appreciate others telling me the value of MY employees to MY business. That's for ME to decide and it's up the EMPLOYEE to decide if what I pay them is appropriate or if they can make more elsewhere. I realize it's a hard concept for many to comprehend, but neither the government nor unions have any right to dictate the pay and benefits a private business offers to their employees.
