I guess the one in Alpharetta GA (which has the largest concentration of multimillionaires in GA including almost all the major sport players) will have to suffer selling to the Hicks.
Considering Walmart's stock has been an excellent investment, the Hicks seem to be treating them and their stockholders quite well.
There's a reason why more and more businesses are leaving CA. CA is one of the most hostile states to have a business in. Coddling their illegals and unskilled labor citizens are merely drops in the bucket of reasons why companies dislike doing business in CA. Just as the unions are pricing their workers out of jobs, so is CA. Just make sure you keep all your residents THERE instead of letting them into the rest of the country when the CA economy collapses.
