There are some really nice tips on this thread, and you can use them to prevent being owned the next time.
But, really, there isnīt much you can do to get that money, mainly because itīs little money that would never justify a law suit. The only thing you can do is put this person reputation into the gutter - if you are looking for some revange... But really, get over it an take care: there will always be some dishonest fucker trying to own you.
