Um, your home address is a matter of public record. Unless you've
already gone to GREAT lengths to hide. Still, the fact that anyone
can look you up in the phone book doesn't matter. The fact that
anyone gave ANYONE a name, let alone an address, is very much
a problem. One which, if true, you would have the right to file
litigation on. IF there is nothing in the TOS with said Company
that says they can give it out, or if it falls under their somewhat
dubious definition of 'publicity. Or if they have the unfortunately
ubiquitous "We reserve the right to change these TOS herein at anytime with or without notification."
And, think of this: some of you have wire transfers, some paypal, etc. Acacia has your names and addresses, and if the 'leaker' company had enough balls to give those, who's to say they didn't give out account and routing numbers?
But hey, I'm a wee bit drunk, so could be complete off...
