and if that is true then I feel they mislead the public with their announcement today of "no serious litigation ISSUES" ...

continous blogging on the worlds number one adult webmaster board is a "serious issue" ...
combine that with "everyone" getting their "letters" just before the quarterly release ... a November 30 deadline ...and this equals more "sign ups / without revenue" until the first quarter of the new year ...

basically more time to spin and soak the public with their stocks ...
IMO

to many "coincidences" - this smells worse then "Enron"
