The only problem is that the patents cases are holding up. Hopefully this one will be the straw that breaks the camels back. I just can't imagine that AOL, Yahoo, NBC, CBS, ABC, countless movie studios (who are preparing to use streaming video in theaters), etc... are going to pay this company money. No way in hell! Unfortuanately you are going to have to wait for your checks to be returned after the world media has their way with them.
