They suck.
For instance, they processed a check for me 2 months ago, which as it turns out, I had Sam void for me. Ok. No problem.
The client was never billed for the check, paysystems never collected it, and I was never settled for the amount, right?
LOL, so last week, I get $79.00 sucked out of my account for a "refund" on this transaction.
Here's the best part.
I have talked to them 9 times on the phone. Nobody can find where this should have been taken out of my account. But they won't release my money ! They still have it !
I never got a call from anyone. Not even one e-mail. They promised they would call me back. Friday. Saturday. Monday. Tueaday.... My rep did call yesterday because I called and left a message with him.
He pretty much said "we're looking into why the system allowed a transaction to be reversed that had been voided, however They STILL won't release MY money they say should have never been moved ! !
Yea, go with paysystems. Their slow assed timing out servers have cose me clost to $1,000 that I KNOW of. Their techs are "aware of a problem" but don't know how to fix it. Been over 45 days. While the tech department admits to knowing there's a problen, a certain rep gets on the board and says that it's my clients connectivity problem.
Fuck that.
