I didn't answer your question about the status of the court date, because it seemed more appropriate that an actual defendant answer it.
You stated a question, something you are known for doing, and you wanted a factual answer, not people's opinion..so I stayed out of answering it.
Since you didn't ask, the status of Fight The Patent Foundation is that close to $32K has been pledged so far. I have been posting alot of Oprano with some great responses over there.
Lots of people asking me questions and being very skeptical about what I am proposing to do and my motives, and I answered them all, with some of them ending up pledging.
