As a content provider who doesn't allow hosted gallerys generally, I'd like to share my insight and why I feel this. Everyone is different and everyone has different reasons.

When a TGP owner or reviewer is looking over galleries, they list them based on if the content is fresh or oversatureted/overused/water. If said content is used in hosted galleries, there's a higher chance that the webmaster is goign to remember the content set if they've recently been checking hosted galleries and are going to consider it stale even if they never used it or if no other TGP has ever used the hosted gallery. It's still going to be fresh in their mind that they've seen this content. My
