Tell the fuck face if he aint paying the mortgage he aint getting shit. He paid while he lived there which is fine but now he's not paying so why the hell should he get anything?
I know someone trying to pull this shit as well. The person I know pays the mortgage every month, the person who has left used to pay half when he lived there but he don't live there no more, the other person pays full amount now so its her house!
