well, unless someone's got a screencap of his old sig lying around somewhere to prove he's just a simpleton liar, and of course, lacking any testimony from the accused, I'm gonna hafta go with the more damaging #2: Conspirator, (which includes lying as a part of it), by default. (which was my gut instinct all along)
kinda sad.
