Avoid proBilling at all cost. Customer service is TERRIBLE, surely the worste in the business but that's not all...they now apply the 1% chargeback rule and will cut you off if you go over. They decided to implement this new rule even thought it doesn't apply to them because they are not in the US. I used many processors and never got as many chargebacks as with proBilling, including their famous DirectCheck! They manage to get chargebacks on something they relate to as being practicly 'unchargebackable'. False advertsing is what it is.
