Brad, first I would like to thank you for making this transaction a smooth one, and wish you the very best. Lightning Free and GirlsHost have been my babies for several years and have both been very good to me, this was a hard decision to let them go, and I can't think of a better person to take them over than Brad. Brad has proven himself to be a very honest and hard working businessman in the Internet business, and I am confidant that this acquisition will be an asset to the "Sin Empire". To those of you who have written and or called me for the details, I'm sure you can understand why Brad nor I can discuss the fine details of this transaction, but it was a fair deal for both of us. The free hosting was very good to me, but the time was right for me to part with it. My other business Techie Media has grown, and is continuing to grow at a phenomenal rate, and is becoming a well renowned Premiere hosting company. This is consuming all of my time and it is only fair to those customers that I devote my complete attention to it. Well to all of the many people I have dealt with over the years, and all of the traffic buyers and sponsors I truly thank you, and I know we all had a great profitable relationships together. Good luck Brad, and to all the rest of you, I haven't gone anywhere, just diversifying, hit me up anytime if you need me.
