3 weeks ago i just stopped smoking. I got a bad cold about 2 days later, wich I think actually helped me out because I was unable to smoke even if I wanted to. Its been 3 weeks since my last smoke and it is tough. I still have the pack I never finished and vow never to light up again.
You can only quit when your ready. Any ex-smoker knows what im talking about. If you keep saying "this is going to be my last pack" youll never do it.
It can be done, the cravings do get weaker as time goes by.

Why quit dude?
Just learn to not smoke more than 2-5 cigs a day. And make 1 or 2 days a week non smoking days.
Believe me, you will reach 80 this way. If not then you were destined to get cancer anyway.
You know damn well it feels good...so why stop doing it?
