This guy comes from biggest porn publisher house in Czech republic. Maybe they try to enter english adultwebmaster area, but obviously without serious knowledge.
Anyway they have also some paysites in our language for native customer, which often consits from stolen photos.
On the other side, they would be probably cheap, if you compare it with the prices in the west.
