For the fucking life of me I will never ever understand one thing.

We have the most stringent rules for wearing seatbelts in cars, yet there are not even lap belts in schools buses. The children are totally unprotected.

Can someone explain why?

That just seems so unbelievable to me.

And one of the reasons I drive my kid to school.
