Enom's $5.99 is for their "name only" registrations, which means you can't use the names, they just park the DNS on enom...to use it you gotta pay more. Their normal reseller price is $6.95.
RackShack's price is a loss-leader to get your business, and they're going to jack the rate when it's time to renew. They say in their FAQ that they don't offer bulk registration tools, and I'm guessing they'll make it a pain in the ass to move your names elsewhere in the future. But if saving a couple hunred bucks is worth the potential pain in your ass, it's the cheapest deal going.
Dotregistrar is $6.49 if you buy names by the thousand, but isn't so good for smaller quantities.
Opensrs has some excellent resellers, and some shitty resellers, but the pricing is typically higher. I don't remember what price opensrs charges to resellers, but I think it's $8 a year or something, so you don't see competitive bulk pricing from resellers. With registrars licensed directly with ICANN, I think their base cost is $6 a year, which is why the bulk price doesn't go below that except as a money-losing sales gimmick.
