She's clearly underage, look at the tell-tale signs:
1)She doesn't have any pubic hair! Clearly pre-pubescent.
2)She appears to be wearing a highschool cheerleader uniform of some kind.
3)She has on some knee-high stocking/socks which are very popular with kids.
WTF???
