That passes here anyways. You can fight not getting hired. But they just need to say someone else was a better fit and it had nothing to do with race, gender or size.

No they actually told me they didn't want a guy...they wanted a chick.
Actually this is all true, I didn't make a stink about it...in fact met the guy in person who told me this and kidded with him about it.
