I had the Shingles all over my rib area on my right side

They say one cause is aggravation and happens when you're older. I heard Shingles is painful, but mine wasn't so bad. Just uncomfy, I was about 30

Shingles, commonly known as the herpes zoster virus is a late manifestation of the chicken pox virus known as varicella zoster. Within a few days the blisters rupture forming scabs. Shingles is associated with severe pain, itching, redness, numbness, and the development of a rash.

Treatment can include pain medication, even narcotics, to ease the discomfort. Antiviral medicine can be prescribed to people who see a doctor in the first 72 hours of an outbreak. And studies are underway to develop a shingles vaccine to prevent the disease all together. It works like the chicken pox vaccine now used in children

After the little ones feel better, time for a vacation Choker

Hope you and your daughters feel better
