Issue just like all soldiers and knows he is to think what he is told. You have NO 'private life' while in the service. That kind of comment has brought more than one man down and he knew it.
So he has his years in, pension is set, they don't want him back here yet and he WANTS out? Make a dumb comment and voila`. He's home before Christmas.
