Hey wait a minute.
When we did Busty Babes Vol 1, there were 4 other CD-ROMS out there and we followed suit...and it was not Penthouse stuff, it was Playboy for which we settled...and we got a clue, and Busty Vol 2 and 3 were all licensed content...matter of fact all disc's after that was licensed.
We even got sued on our shareware CD-ROM....those were the times in 1991-1993.
