I havent been paid for the "Aug-18-2003 to Aug-31-2003" period onward either.
"Question: What is your payout schedule?
Answer: Payouts are made the second monday after you generate a payout record - that works out to payments being delayed 14 days after the period ends."
I know they arent gone becasue I herd from bakov recently. (not regarding payouts though)
