http://www.wmji.com/) and they have a guest on right now talking about cell phone cameras and privacy issues. He's describing specific cases of the picture phones being abused and the resulting consequences.
I think he's being an alarmist but it's an interesting topic. When people see a phone, they think of talking, not picture-taking. You could wander into an office, a locker room, a government installation, etc, and have a fair chance of getting pictures without anyone noticing. Cell phones are so common these days, I bet 99% of the time no one would even notice that you had one with you.
