I tend to agree with Roger though, other than the major affiliate program owners and some really large paysites, I would say there's about 10 or so in the 5MM+ range. there is a reason why Traffic cash gold had a party for only 25 webmasters.
If you ask me there might only be 20 guys who can send some sales. or who are big whales.
the guys who have 5 mill cashed out already.
when a company cashes out they don't pay webmasters etc.
so its all profit. without going into detail
