I don't want to take sides, I know nothing about this squabble, but thought I'd point out that when you can't find contact info on a domain, you can ask ICANN to ask the registrar to ask the owner to fill it in:

ICANN requires a real phone number and mailing address, so when someone wants to file a dispute over a domain, they're able to contact the proper recipient.
