I can't actually think of one agreement there has been with the US which stood up - choose anything from human rights to Kyoto!
Tis only when something is needed will you find any actual cooperation - ie... "we are going alone" until we get stuffed in Iraq and then run along pleading for international support.
BTW.. Need to check, but think the US is still behind on it's club membership fees to the UN - tho ya did catch up half way when you wanted UN support for the Iraqi invasion based on lies
