I don't know of any business where the CEO has to know the specific programming languages that the techs in the basement use.

Simple low level HTML coding can be farmed out to india while the owner focuses on business strategies...All that the manager would need is a "general understanding" of how HTML works..He doesn't have to be able to sit and code...
