With Asian traffic, I would say we are one of the best. However, converting the site to westerners is difficult. Like I mentioned in an earlier thread, 99bb is different. We do not have a tour as such. Visitors can go to our members section and see the vast collections of movies we have. this is very different from other sites in the west.
However, I feel the tide is turning in the Industry, and surfers dont want to be duped into signing up for a site to find "F" ALL. They will be more willing to trust us, because we show them what we have. Thats the plan anyway 
But, this also has its problems.

Have you thought about creating two seperate tours? One for asians and one for westerners? Then you could detect the browser language when they hit your mainpage and send them to the appropriate tour depending on what language they speak.
