I've been trying to get things sorted for a while, but the model works In Asia. There are no problems that end, hence just converting over to English !!
TeenTokyo does look nice. Good variety of content. Plenty of different Nationalities. I am sure it does well.
When we first started, we charged our members $19.95 and offered our webmasters $15. No western webmasters wanted to touch this program, even though it was converting really well. We have now increased it to 29.95 euro for the first month, which then drops to 19.95 for each consecutive month. this was basically so we could offer our webmasters more
TeenTokyo looks like a similar scenario. I am sure it converts well, but due to the low payout, it doesn't get alot of webmasters.

Presently I would say 92% come from Japan. From the stats that I check, it is done by browser language. The next largest is English, followed by Korean, and then Chinese.
We are household name in Japan !! Lots of articles in Yahoo! broadband magazine etc..
