yes, great finds by Nathan.. i had passed them on to the defense side previously.... whether these would be considered prior art or not (haven't gotten feedback yet), they do help to support other prior art evidence to show that experts in the field at the time were all thinking along the same lines, so that the Acacia patent inventor didn't invent something that was new or novel...
