I am on virtual ( Hey, im just starting and learning ;) Most of the problems where technical / wrong setup, but they fixed it within one hour. You can report problems with a ticket system.... works great. At the moment i have a problem with my CC (Authorization Failed). I also got a fast response from them, but this time (for perspicuous reason) they have no solution. Well... if that damm Visa still not works tomorrow i use another card.
