oh i agree, i don't post that kind of stuff on my free sites, just softcore stuff but according to that article any site that contains adult images or language needs to behind some kind of age verification barrier, well that kind of screws it for making doorways on search engines for paysites if they can't even use adult language doesn't it?
as for what they were looking at in the beginning, well free stuff has always existed on newsgroups, bbs, usenet.
