Mr and Mrs Mom & Pop jury aren't going to care if your girl is legally 18, they're going to care that the images they're seeing look like 15 and 16 yr-old girls. Quite frankly, once they've gotten that impression from the images, it doesn't matter what the licenses or photo IDs say. You're done. Do not pass Go, do not collect $200.

Good point.. it all comes down to obscenity and community standards... is the community more approvng of an older looking chick dressed like a schoolgirl or an 18 year old that dresses and looks much younger? What's legal and what's community standard is what decides these cases..
