I don't like the fact that companies do this, but the obvious solution is to filter out your non-american traffic before you even send it to a sponsor. Redirect it to your own dialer, and milk that shit for everything it's worth. Or, redirect it to a program like international bucks. Don't let them have it if they're not going to pay you for it.
