she is almost 20. We have been together almost 5 months now. we used to have sex at least once a day. Now up to about 2 weeks ago... she maybe wants sex once a week. She does not know why and she wont go to the doctor... I know she has had ovarian cysts removed before and she is afraid she might have more again...

Would that have anything to do with it?
