The Beer Chilling Saga
Is anyone else as obsessed as I am about keeping my beer fridge as cold as possible without actually freezing the beer? I have a digital thermometer built into the fridge and am constantly monitoring it. My one drawback is that the current fridge does not offer a rotating wheel to adjust the temperature, rather a knob with 9 settings.
It's like a lifetime obsession. You would think I would eventually get to a temperature right, but it's harder than it seems. Different beers freeze at slightly different temperatures.
