one of my very close friends had a situation like that. the bitch was using all the money on drugs and bullshit. she wasn't working. the kids didn't even have clean fucking clothes, and barely any food. and they were raping him to support her drug habit.
she finally crossed the line 1 too many times i guess (they let her get away with ANYTHING, including several neglect charges). he finally got his kids.
i was VERY pleased about that.
