You people are crazy. The guy has SPLIT CUSTODY of his kids. That means each parent is responsible for the kids equally. Why should someone in a SPLIT CUSTODY situation have to pay for EVERYTHING?

Yes.. if he's sharing the custody, if he's taking an active part, he likely doesn't need to pay it, because he's going to provide for anything the children need and more ANYWAYS...
