These kinds of lawsuits are gettin out of hand. A company WAITS for their patent to get popular, then entraps other companies who uses it. A powerful company such as microsoft and other electronic giant is going to lobby Washington to change this law. Then all the little guys that truly need patent protection will be left in the dust.
