As others said, It's best to contact the sponsor about this before posting it on the board. There could have been a bank fuckup or some other situation that caused this.
I once had a large sponsor bounce a check for $23k to me. I wasn't too happy, but once I contacted the sponsor they explained the mistake and immediately wired me $24k (an extra $1k for my problems).
