Physical on location presence inside the cage @ Equinix M-F 24 hours a day, and a location about 15 minutes away that we staff weekend nights (due to low call volume, cheaper to have some guys sit in a comfortable setting waiting for the phone to ring/email to come in). You also can talk to the on-site techs directly should you wish.
We also can provide remote reboot power ports, and remote IP KVM access so it's actually like you're there in front of the machine.
