It depends what you mean by "digital signature".
Do you mean a digital representation of someone's hand-written signature,
or do you mean a crypographic "digital signature" of some text or an electronic
document, like the GPG signature on this message? (just as an example)

I have a list that I am getting people to join, I want their signature so that when they say "You dont have permission to use my info", I can show them where they signed.
I know I can use email confirmation, but anyone can use a fake email and verify. The email is usless to me anyways.
