I`m Lisa from Gerany (so excuse my english). I work as a chathost for some webcam-communities (visit-x etc.) there.
In Germany exists chatboards for webcamchathosts, there you can learn something about technical things and change experiences with other chathosts about the different communities and others. e.g.

I`m looking for chatboards in USA. Can anyone help me?
And, are they good? In Germany the most of them aren`t good, because you find only owners of webcamcommunities there which make promotion for their own community. Often they fake chathosts like this "o look here is a new webcam community, I work there and make a lot of money" and so on. I`m not looking for sites like this.
