I agree with the ACLU in this case, but you do have to admit that it's funny how the ACLU picks and chooses the cases that it fights. They have never defended kids in school that were banned from carrying a bible in school, or banned from having a shirt on that mentions god or jesus. They have defended art exhibits that show people pissing on the cross, but won't defend exhibits that are shut down because an indian shaman religion was offended by the use of menstral blood in the painting. The list goes on and on and on.....

Unfortunately when you look at their record, the ACLU has a very clearly slanted political agenda in what issues they choose to defend. (By the way, I'm not Christian). Their choice of cases has been blatently politically correct, left wing, anti-christian, anti-white, etc.... I like a lot of the things that they do, but shouldn't they be defending the constitutional rights of people that have views that they don't like also?

I think that it was Thomas Paine (could be wrong), that said: "I may hate what you have to say, but I will die to defend your right to say it!"
