It's a woman's body when it comes to abortion and it's her choice.
If the government cannot regulate what she does with her body in matters of abortion, how can they justify regulating what she does with her body in matters of sex.
I think if anything, it should not be a "criminal" issue, but maybe a city code enforcement issue...practicing business without a license , lack of proper health certificates etc.
