I've toyed with this idea myself, but have been a little worried about the population of the town i just moved my offices to - but it's 30,000 as well. Not a lot for people to do except get pissed/stoned, something like this could do ok.. few more demographics i'd have to worry about like how many already have a decent gaming machine and games plus high speed internet access. I guess things like gaming competitions with small cash prizes and whatnot would bring them out of the woodwork... and get them buying that syrup and water coke

I left off that his current business is doing so well...he is adding 5 more computers (he currently has 10)...but they are being filled. He can go to 20, or maybe 25, but is just adding 5 more at this point.
He has a weekly tournament that has a cash prize for the winner and time allotments for 2nd and 3rd place.
