Life in moldova is very hard. Economy is poor. Average salary is like 30-40$ / month.
It is impossible to live in moldova with that money. Many young people from Moldova is selling their kidney to Organ Mafia (Europe - Turkey - Israeli based mafia). Israeli rich people buys theese organs for 150-200.000 dollars.
I want a new life for this girl, its not possible in Turkey. There is already 10+ millions of unemployeed people.
I think it is possible in any of EU countries. High taxes is not a problem I guess, as long she can live there...

Why don't you get her a job as a maid. In Istanbul, moldovian and ukranian maids are really popular. My aunt hired a one for 9 months couple years ago, and that moldovian girl made enough money to go back to Moldovia and buy a house. Look at the newspapers, there should be some ads for those agencies.
