Btw.. Atkins or diets based around increase of veggies + protein is naturally higher in B vitamins (if you're eating the right things).
Many people I know who have been on Atkins
(and didn't cheat) said that mentally they felt much better and more positive about things.
I mean these weren't depressed people to begin with.. so it's strange that they would need to comment that they were feeling so much better
